{tab=Day to Day Itinerary} This is where the overview will go.....................Friday- Day 01 Depart London Heathrow with Gulf Air 10.00pm Saturday- Day 02 Arrival in Kathmandu, welcome at the airport and transfer to Hotel Encounter. Evening trip, briefing and welcome dinner at Nepalese Cuisine restaurant. O/N Kathmandu. Sunday- Day 03 Morning Breakfast, followed by Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing tour such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupati NathTemple (Cremation Site), Buddha Nath stupa and Syambu Nath stupa (Monkey Temple). O/N Hotel Encounter. Monday- Day 04 Morning Breakfast at 6.00 am and depart by 7.00 am for 4 hours drive to Gorkha. Lunch and trek 4-5 hours (or driven by 4 wheel drive vehicle) to reach Ashrang Village (School Project Site). O/N in the village. Tuesday- Day 05 Visit School Site, one secondary school, 4 other primary schools. O/N in the village. Wednesday- Day 06 Breakfast in the early morning and start trek to Gorkha, Visit Gorkha Palace with lunch at Gorkha and drive to Chitwan National Park. O/N Jungle Thursday- Day 07 Full Day Chitwan National Park with Elephant & Jeep Safari activities. O/N Jungle Friday- Day 08 Morning Jungle Activities. After lunch drive back to Kathmandu. O/N Hotel Encounter. Saturday- Day 09 Morning flight over Mt. Everest with the afternoon for shopping/relaxing followed by Farewell Dinner in the evening.
