This exciting Everest Base Camp Trekking itinerary is developed focusing on time factor of our travelers who intend to complete Everest Base Camp trekking only in a two weeks. Travelers who have good acclimatization health and have enough experiences over trekking in Himalayas can sign up for this trip. This itinerary is very aggressive & impressive and continues through shortcut way to Gorekshep only in a week where you will over night at small lodge at the elevation of 5200m before heading for Base Camp.
You will have Magnificent & panoramic Mt. views of Mt. Everest, Pumori, Nuptse and surrounding Himalayas from Kalapather which is located at the height of 5545m over the black rock. You will continue walk towards Everest Base Camp through stony and dry trails which encounter Glacier before to reach Base Camp and confuse us to find out right trails. This Base Camp is starting camp for the climbers who head up towards summit of the Everest and a lot of camping tents can be seen during climbing season at Base Camp. Then we further back to Gorekshep, Lobuche and descent towards the same trails we used to walk up. We continue descent to Namche, Phakding and arrive Lukla for overnight before to take a Trans Himalayan flight to Kathmandu and the trip over.

Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu. Trip preparation day- 1,350m/4,428ft Arrival at Himalayan Country Nepal! We welcome & pick up you from International Airport and transfer to hotel Shanker. After fresh up, we meet and brief you more about trip and finalize all the necessary documents. We take welcome dinner together at Nepalese cultural dance restaurant and over night at Kathmandu. Day 02: Early morning flight to Lukla(2800m) &Trek to Phakding- (3 to 4hrs walks) 2,652m/8,700ft An early morning, we take 35 minute scenic flight over mountain hills to incline airstrip Lukla and continue trek to Phakding passing through Chaurikharka village, and make a descent towards the Dudhkosi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft). The trail follows the precise bank of the Dudhkosi River and continues crossing some suspension bridge and reach Phakding. We only have short walk today as it is your first day of the trek. Explore Sherpa village and over night at lodge. Day 03: Trek to Namche- (5 to 6 hrs walk) 3,440m/11,284ft Today we cross few suspension bridge before reaching entry point of Sagarmatha National Park. Then, continue walk following riverside and start walking up towards a big hill right after crossing a Hillary suspension bridge. Two and half hour gradual walk bring us to rich Sherpa village Namche for over night, the gate of Mt Everest with rich in Sherpa culture and tradition. Over night at lodge Day 04: Acclimatization Day- 3,440m/11,284ft This is the day for scheduled 'acclimatization according to our itinerary. You can spend it taking a day hike to Thame, or take a one and half hours walk up to reach Syangboche or relaxing and exploring Namche Bazaar itself. It's the main centre of the Khumbu region and has shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Saturday. Over night stay at lodge in Namche Day 05: Trek to Tyangboche- (5 to 6 hrs walk) 3,870m/12,694ft After day acclimatization in Namche, we start our trekking towards Tengboche. We will have a nice walking till to riverside where we take breathe with lunch. And we start walking up gradually through pine forest for 2 more hours to reach Tyangboche. Tyangboche is a very great place to view close views of Ama-Dablam and it has a biggest Buddhist Monastery all over in Khumbu region. Over night stay at lodge. Day 06: Trek to Pheriche-(5 to 6 hrs walk) 4,200m/13,776ft We descend for half an hour to river side through nice forest, cross the river and start trekking up towards opposite hill and landscapes starts more dry and desert afterwards. We will cross a traditional and cultural Sherpa village Panboche where we can see a close up daily activities of Sherpa people. After this, we make a gradual up towards a small hill afterwards trail goes to wide mountain valley to pheriche. This is a nice wide village located on the riverside. A small helipad is available here for helicopter rescue and daily High altitude sickness class available here with Mt. Specialist. Over night stay at lodge. Day 07: Trek to Lobuche-(5 to 6 hrs walk) 4,930m/16,172ft After breakfast, we start easy and straight walking towards left corner of the river and make a gradual walk up to reach Dungla. After lunch, the trail goes from Dungla directly up to the Khumbu Glacier for an hour, then left into the memorial area before reaching the village of Lubuche (4,930m/16,170ft). By this stage the effects of the altitude will be kicking in and you can expect colder nights. Over night at Lobuche Day 08: Trek to Gorekshep(2 to3 hrs walk) & Hike to Everest Base Camp(5,360m/17,582ft) Today we hike slowly for 3 hours through stony & dry hill to reach Gorkeshep. After lunch, we continue hike to Everest Base Camp. The trails over here can be misleading, follow the lead Sherpa, every year the trail changes due to the momentum of the glacier, the walk is quite strenuous due to the high altitude and less oxygen. The walk passes through over rocky dunes and moraine and streams, till you reach the Base Camp. It is a base camp for the climbers to set up their camps& acclimatize before heading for Summit of Mt Everest. If you get here at the time of climbing season you can explore with lively expedition groups. Later come back to Gorekshep and over night at lodge. Day 09: Early hike to Kalapather(5,550m/18,204ft & Trek back to Lobuche-(6to 7 hrs walk) 4,930m/16,172ft Early in the morning, we hike up to the Black Rock(Kala Pathar),takes about 2 hours to reach the top from where we can have an opportunity to enjoy with beautiful Panoramic & Magnificent views of Mt. Everest(8,848m/ 29,030ft),Nuptse, Pumori, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and many more High Tibetan Himalayas with colorful Sunrise. You will have wonderful time at KalaPathar and it will be unforgettable memory in your travel life. Later, we come to Gorekshep and continue descent down to Luboche for over night. Day 10: Trek to Tyangboche- (5 to 6 hrs walk) 3,870m/12,994ft We, take a slowly walk along the memorial stupas before heading straight down to Dungla and the trek continue more flat towards left corner to Pheriche. After a tea break in Pheriche, we continue walking further down to Panboche to step for lunch. After this, the trail comes all the way down to river. We cross suspension bridge and take an hour walk up through the forest to reach Tyangboche. And over night at lodge
Day 11: Trek to Namche-(4 to 5 hrs walk) 3,440m/11,284ft We take a nice descend walk through forest till to the riverside, across the river and take a walk up towards a big hill for two hours and will have a nice pleasant walk till to Namche. This is same trail as we used before. Over night at Namche Day 12: Trek to Lukla-(6 to 7 hrs walk) 2,800m/9,184ft Today, the trail steeply descends to the Hillary Suspension Bridge and then continues on an easy natural walk to Phakding. After a lunch, trail will lead you back to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft). On arrival in Lukla you will have time to relax, stretch those sore legs and celebrate the completion of your trek. Reconfirm your flight ticket and over night at lodge. Day 13: Trans Himalayan flight back to Kathmandu- 1,350m/4,428ft After early breakfast, we take flight back to ktm. This scenic morning flight back to Kathmandu gives us one last chance to say farewell to the mountains. In evening, We will have farewell dinner together at Nepalese typical restaurant in kathmandu. Over night at Kathmandu Hotel
Day 14: Final Departure After this amazing trekking, if you are more interest for other activities like safari, rafting, cycling or more trekking in other areas; we can organize the trip as your desire. Or if it is your last day in Nepal, we will transfer to you to the airport for your onward destination. {tab=Includes & Excludes}
